Guitar Lessons Agreement

Contract Term:
The first lesson is used to determine whether or not the student and teacher are a good fit for each other.
Every student is afforded the possibility of out opting of lessons after the first lesson, but once the
student attends the second lesson, a monthly commitment is engaged and financial responsibility for the month is assumed.

Payment for four weeks of lessons is due at the first lesson of each four week period. If payment is not received by this time, a $10 late fee will be charged. It is recommended that lesson tuition for an upcoming month is paid for by the last lesson of the month, to further avoid a late fee.

Lesson Rates:
$120 for four weekly lessons ($30 per lesson)
Lessons will be available between 12 pm and 6 pm on Tuesdays. A time will be reserved by student via email. The student is responsible for showing up to all scheduled lessons. If a lesson falls on a holiday, there will be no lesson.

Payments and Reservations:
Payments and Reservations can be made through LAMPS via email. The student will be billed via Pay Pal.  It is important for students to know that their scheduled lesson time may change from month to month so if a certain time slot is desired beyond one month, the student should book in advance.

Cancellations:
In the event that a student needs to cancel a lesson, 24 hour notice is required. The student can then reschedule their lesson. If 24 hour notice is not given the lesson will not be refunded nor rescheduled. It is important to know that student's are paying for a time slot, whether or not they attend their lesson. Students are responsible for showing up to lessons at the time scheduled.

Teacher Cancellations:
In the event Shane is unavailable to teach, a lesson will be rescheduled. In the event a time can not be worked out for the student to pick up a lesson, the student will not be charged and the lesson paid for will carry over to the next month.
By booking lessons through LAMPS, the student/parent agrees to the terms and agreement stated in this Guitar Lessons Agreement.
